I grew up in a city, have always lived in a city, and I believe will always live in a city. Because of that, I find the whole ranch-barn-horses-farm animals-farm smells-etc. a little bit intriguing, a little bit intimidating and a lot foreign. Actualy (even though I am a huge animal lover) I feel that farm animals are a bit shifty. There, I said it ... I don't care if you think I'm weird ...

Bokeh (derived from Japanese boke ぼけ, a noun form of bokeru ぼける, "become blurred or fuzzy") is a photographic term referring to the appearance of out-of-focus areas in an image produced by a camera lens using a shallow depth of field.[1] Different lens bokeh produces different aesthetic qualities in out-of-focus backgrounds, which are often used to reduce distractions and emphasize the primary subject.

I took this picture from my front yard - I love the contrast between the really blue sky and the black, almost ominous clouds.
