1. Healthy train 2009 - this means get healthier, make better choices, get stronger, move more .... which hopefully will equal to some weight loss. As anyone that knows me already knows, my weight is something that I have struggled with all of my life. In fact, loosing weight is not a New Year resolution it's more like a tradition for me. So who wants to get on the Healthy train with me? Leave me a comment if you are in and then we can decide on how we can help and motivate each other.
2. Take more time to do things I want to do: more pictures, take some more classes, travel.
3. Plan more family activities.
4. De-clutter and let go of junk that I don't need.
